I had a washer/dryer go bad. 

What appliances do I include (washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave hood, etc)?

This time, I sent a plumber to unclog the drain, but he left without addressing the washer area.

One of the strategies being deployed in East Garfield is to provide fully furnished rooms with internet and washer/dryers and rent by the room to graduate and medical students as the area is not that far from the Medical district. 

Things like a kitchenette and maybe a shared washer/dryer but with locked doors.

After the eviction process, we got back possession and discovered significant amount of damages from feces on carpets and walls, broken garage door, broken fence door, broken laundry washer, to unimaginable horrors on the trees, and landscapes.

If I was here things would have played out different.  

Hey BP I’m upgrading the washer and dryer in my duplex and debating on whether or not I should install coin operated ones.

One more was fairly bad (too many people living in the unit, causing a nuisance, etc.) and we just gave them notice to leave, and to soften the blow told them they could take the washer/dryer with them that came with the unit (we don't want those crummy old machines anyway - we don't include w/d with our units that have hook-ups).
