When you engage in the practice of visualizing your desired future, you create a mental image or a vivid picture of what you want to achieve or become.

In my 30 years of real estate investing and 100's of houses bought, I will always remember my first most vividly. keep pushing forward... don't wait to start hunting for your next deal. 

I vividly remember someone asking me to buy their house at 85k and I passed.

They are vivid and succinct, and generate strong brand recall.

One sticks out to me quite vividly that I remember well.I was in the middle of showing the unit to a young couple and this guy walks in and looks around very briefly before interrupting us.

If your tenants have the cheap incandescent bulbs in their fixtures, I'd recommend swapping them out at your own expense- I won't link these, as I don't think BP likes links to outside pages, but I'd recommend Vivid Lighting's 60 watt replacement bulb, 2700 Kelvin, they're about $3.50 each on Amazon and use only 8 watts, or GE Lighting's 13909 bulb(replaces a 100 watt incandescent while only using 16 watts.)

@Edwin Solivan  I can still remember very vividly when my Father told me, "Oh son, don't quit that good-paying job".  

You could say that when we first met I was borderline obsessed with real estate investing and held a vivid picture in my mind that I used to remind myself the life that I KNEW real estate investing would provide for us.
