I'm assuming that you stopped actually screening people years ago since your experience is so "vast" and you have been through every situation imaginable.

The VAST majority of people were of this.

My hunch is that more often than not, saving money and getting your ship in order to qualify for an FHA loan is the best and most realistic ladder to homeownership for the vast majority of people.     

As far as OH goes, Cincinnati and Akron are vastly different markets.

The vast majority of lawsuits against Landlords are for wrongful eviction, security deposit disputes, and Fair Housing Violations.

I agree that a vast majority of RE agents have not honed their craft.

You'll have to pony up the vast majority of that at the beginning of the project and plan to get most of your "funding" when the project is wrapping up.

I simply rely on Airbnb and VRBO (although the vast majority of my bookings come via Airbnb).I have a great cleaner and I'll have a handyman, plumber, etc. come to the house when needed for those things. 

The interesting thing about these lists is the vast difference in each STR data company's numbers.
