If a tenant chilling on the balcony falls down (rail was faulty or thw whole thing collapsed)…will they have grounds to sue me ?

The polar vortex had us at -28 degrees and over -60 wind chill, and even in my old drafty house nothing froze.

Space heaters will take the chill off along with boiling water on the stove.I had a furnace break last year on a Saturday when it was 15 degrees out.

Things like candy/cakes are utterly useless.

page=2).I find it disappointing that:1) David feels the need to adopt a condescending tone to those who choose different strategies (they don't necessarily do it differently because they're not as smart as you, David :roll:), and 2) Others, offended by that tone, feel the need to launch personal attacks against David.How about we all take a chill pill and get back to discussing real estate investing, politely and respectfully?

The other days, go home after work and play video games, crack a beer and chill.

I'm going to be selling off the more management intensive stuff in the coming months and replacing it with more chill stuff, because life is too short, you know what I mean?
