I can provide you with the contact information of my CPA, who has a PhD in Mexican taxes and can assist you further in this matter.Regarding agent commissions, it seems that RETA's commission is unusually high, charging around 10-12% to the seller.

It's not at all unusual for companies to have conflict of interest and ethical contracts or stipulations for its employees or associated vendors.

I was just hoping for some constructive, helpful suggestions on how to proceed with this unusual situation. 

Decatur will have to be overhauled to bring good tenants and also, our community is growing faster than expected but the Huntsville/ Madison/ Harvest/ Limestone area is where any OOS investors focuses should be.
