@Cody BrattonYou want to review the howey test if you are taking money from people and it’s more than one person per deal.If it’s notes then lien position will be an issue unless they all pitch in to create a LLc and lend on the deal as one lenderLots to unravel hear but before diving too deep into it but if you take it as equity then you are dealing with securities issues
