As time went on, and as things started to unravel I started to see how much mismanagement was being done... how much was not being fixed, how the property was not being kept up and how the tenants were being ignored. 

What advice can anyone provide on how to unravel this web of real estate purchases where they are both shown as Joint Owners with rights of survivorship, but they were never legally married.

You buy it, flip it, sell it, that’s another change in title, not sure how all that gets unraveled.

The issue arises once something finally does go wrong and the whole situation unravels.

A Good attorney should be able to explain exactly how the situation will unravel and provide you several options of how to deal with this situation.

As soon as you put your name and or address as the registered agent you just unraveled everything.  

I think it's hard to unravel whether a plumber is talking down to you because you're female, or because he knows more about plumbing than you do.
