That limits LTR possibilities IMHO to some degree.

He has a degree in finance and business and is just a capitalist out for profit.

I do hope it get leased up fast, some universities the rents are up again for next year.I just feel it’s too soon to rejoice on this.

Sometimes it’s the experience of college that’s more important than the degree.

But it wasn't just the video game, he had 3 or 4 monitors, 180 degree view, a steering wheel, pedals, an 18 gear shifter, you name it.

It was close to home and near the university.

But that's the question never answered and always glanced over is what, to what degree, in what direction. 

I went to university in Iowa, many years ago.

The West Cola/Cayce stuff I could see being popular with University students or medical employees. 

I often look at them and think if they can do it, probably I can have some level of success too.Other key info I may have left out above:1) I am not in the US, and have no plans to visit or move there2) I am not a US citizen, but possibly have a credit history there (maybe none) since I attended university there many many years ago3) I am completely new to real estate - I've been reading crazily and consuming lots of content.
