The owner isn't dead but appears to be suffering from dementia + addiction (ain't that a mental illness now).  

b) if the buyer says " we love the property but we're not going to make an offer (or make a much lower offer) because of that neighbor, then I can document that and use it if/when court comes around.The timing on this is unbelievable...I'm just starting to get requests for showings the past week.I really appreciate all of the help my friends..... 

Since real estate is an “imperfect” market, almost unbelievable transactions have occurred whereby the buyer obtained ownership of quality properties at below market prices with low interest seller financed loans and no money down.  

Since then, Jerome Powell has “walked back” some of his more emotive comments, and the January jobs report was almost unbelievably strong.

There is an unbelievable number of books on the topic.

It's unbelievable how poorly some people treat their investments.Also- I wouldn't low ball too much without more evidence of a major issue.

I mostly work in the retail medical space for Urgent Cares around the country but there can sometimes be some med office overlap there, and we are shopping more of it for an addiction treatment project we are working on in a couple states so I see more and more of it come across my desk.  

Account Closed, your forgot the folks with substance abuse problems and gambling addictions, and of course those who are really terrible landlords. 

Just the process of searching for my new primary residence has ignited what might soon become an addiction, and I'm itching to get started.
