b) if the buyer says " we love the property but we're not going to make an offer (or make a much lower offer) because of that neighbor, then I can document that and use it if/when court comes around.The timing on this is unbelievable...I'm just starting to get requests for showings the past week.I really appreciate all of the help my friends.....

I mostly work in the retail medical space for Urgent Cares around the country but there can sometimes be some med office overlap there, and we are shopping more of it for an addiction treatment project we are working on in a couple states so I see more and more of it come across my desk.
