Get busy making money.  

Property management....it just make business sense as a leverage point for efficiency of your time. 

Do you believe it will now be more cost effective to hold a license or do you believe the expenses will go up with what I assume will be a flight from the business by low producing real estate agents? 

With an LLC, you may be able to deduct business expenses more effectively and avoid double taxation.

It will likely serve you well to know your market and what investors are looking for then let everyone know about your business!

You must have the Business tax license & pay all the fees required.
