It could not be covered with drywall and be flush, so he put a layer or 2 or 3 of drywall mud and sanded it smooth and textured to match the rest of the wall.

By accepting rent during an attempted eviction you would be essentially allowing them to stay and nullifying the eviction process.IF your landlord was that stupid, then good for you...the landlord got what he/she deserved.....but they are probably not crying in their milk while sitting in their private jet
