I'm terrified of making a huge mistake, but equally terrified to pass on an amazing deal that could get me in the game!

Terrified and excited at the same time.

In my area I think they’d fine me for not repairing damage (even if I was terrified it would just happen again).

Then when the development and two flips also sell and I'm ready to go bigger, they feel comfortable bringing me larger multifamily deals to put offers on.At first I was terrified of doing this long distance, now I can't wait to go into uncharted territory like new construction and flipping a small multifamily... from Canada into Pittsburgh... how did I get here?!

My fear is that they'll either tear the walls up themselves to deal with it (unlikely, she seems genuinely terrified of mice), or learn to live with it and I'll have 9 months of mouse damage to deal with at the end of the lease.

Terrified of my very first deal, would really appreciate your input!

I am pretty terrified of that area due to the high purchase price and the age/complexity of those homes, but I'm sure if you do it right you can get a great deal.

It's kind of terrifying and exhilarating.
