We've had really good bang for buck value with Zumper as far as ILS goes.We also bought a matterport camera and create a virtual tour of each available rental which creates a nice interactive way for prospective tenants to see a space and get an idea for its layout before touring.We use Appfolio for management software and it pushes the listings automatically out to any ILS who will listen which has been a huge help not having to list the same property on multiple sites.

Most Security systems only maintain footage for 2 weeks dueto camera memory capacity.I.

In hindsight, I should have purchased sewer insurance right out of the gate (if they offer that where you live) or at least, had the line camera scoped so I could see what it looked like.  

He is setting up cameras, telling them what to do.. etc...how do you usually handle disputes like this with tenants?

Make sure the equipment being used has a camera at the end of a snake-like cable which can be tracked by someone at ground level.

Hey All,I am starting a project about 2 hours away and would like to monitor the property remotely without making a 2-hour drive, so I am looking for recommendations on security cameras.

Same thing for cameras: I like old style trail cameras with a memory card (for rural properties personally) but if you have wifi onsite, or if you're willing to sign up for monthly fee (services for $5/month and up) the ones with a sim card are getting really affordable nowadays too. 

. @0 years old is a dinosaur as well is probably security, surveillance and computer software if there is any.
