Just in what I pay annually in Oregon in state income tax and now that you cant write it off its a double whammy.. but granted not every one gets income in 14 states like I do LOL... also I am tired of NW winter like the summer.. but winter Not so much.. even though its chilly in vegas in the winter the sun shines.. and there is a lot to do there.I tried one winter in La Quinta but was bored to death there you can only play so much golf. although I had my plane at Thermal and we had a lot of nice flying that winter all over the south land..

My point is that you can make it work either way, but the important thing is that you take action.One final note - investing out of state is challenging and not all sunshine and roses as some make it out to be.

Most of my travel there was during the pandemic, I actually quarantined there for 14 days in August 2020 (I can't complain with a 180 view of the beach and a balcony for sunshine and air).Mahalo!
