Had a flood and turned lemons into lemonade with a new kitchen!

Meanwhile, my brother ended up getting a similar insurance rate for his duplex through Lemonade.

People think real estate is a silver bullet that they load shoot and all of a sudden their troubles are over,  their depressions over, their  low self-esteem is over And they’re driving a brand new Cadillac when they’re not on the beach drinking lemonade.

Same problem is hitting the Argo business where in some places, crops spoil in the field because no one is interested in being a strawberry picker, etc. 

So the whole floor is rotted out.My thoughts are 'when life gives u lemon u make lemonade.'

Running any business more complicated than a kid's lemonade stand requires keeping keen records especially if the business how outside investors or hires employees.

So,I just try to make these things work in my favor (lemons into lemonade).

There may be reasons for their situation.Bad things happen to good people.Some landlords are power nuts and abusive to tenants - the primary reason for so many tenant rights laws in every state.Some landlords do not know how to turn lemons into lemonade.

Any ideas how to make some lemonade out of these lemons?

Looking for feedback positive or negative, and a slap in the face if necessary… For clarification: when I refer to SDIRA I am talking about having the ability to invest in Notes, Real Estate etc… at my direction….High Level Overview: Long term goal:Buy Notes and Rental property; with my SDIRA, and the kids down the street have a rather lucrative lemonade stand I may take them national… JFunding / Structure:Funding is going to be difficult; I have no existing IRA; and my only 401k is active and doesn’t allow active rollovers.
