Hello BP! I just purchased a duplex in Saint Louis, MO. Being a young buyer and purchasing an older home, I am shopping around and receiving quotes for homeowners insurance. Looking to the BP forum for insurance recommendations specifically in the STL market, older homes, and premiums around $125/mo.
