Anyone have any success getting 100% of the cost basis as the sticker price for the apartment ?

What changes daily is the sticker price next to each one, from each bank, which is then adjusted up or down depending on the parameters specified in the link above.

Here is why...R22 is outdated, the EPA has required new A/C units to run off of 410A (Puron/ it has a pink sticker).

Most people who are used to having a job with health benefits don't realize how much of their premium is being picked up by their employer, so it's quite a sticker shock.

Sticker shock aside, take a zero off if you need to relate, is there enough profit for the risk taken?

@Monica Litster - usually there will be some lender servicing company sticker or some kind of contact info on one of the doors or windows; that would be the people who winterized the property (it it was done).

I would drop off cookies to offices and stickers, with the company info, on the box of cookies.

We hope to move back to Seattle in the coming years, and boy is there sticker shock in the equation!
