It does sound like a good PM to the rescue can turn around the spiral for now.  

They also might be in areas with higher crime rates so home and car break ins, property damage like graffiti, etc. more common.1 and 2 are tied together and can create a death spiral.

So as I spiral downwards, my best friend and business partnerwas embezzling investor funds (I’ll get to that later)and was living well, has the audacity in his narcissistic mind to say to methat I, yes I, was using him which he uses to justify what he was doing.

However, we would normally see a "Wage Inflation Spiral" which means that as prices increase, you would ask your boss for a raise to compensate, but then the fact that you are spending makes prices rise again, which then means you ask for another raise to compensate again..... and so the Feds raise interest rates to combat rising inflation.Amoung prices that are rising, will be Rents.

I usually start by spiraling out from the target person and find relatives, associates and neighbors who may provide you the missing contact info.

Not heavily populated so when the next recession sets in the values can spiral real fast.

So, the realtor says that the owner had planned to knock out the pantry and put in a spiral staircase to access the room [a ladder is used now] As my six year old self starts pondering the possibility of an old chest hidden there with a map that leads to great treasure [yo ho ho and a bottle of rum!]

This is recreating the same phenomenon happening here - inflated prices due to bidding wars, overvaluing properties and spiraling out of control - in those areas. 

But it was a downward spiral after that.

We really have a great feel now for how the flow of opening up the floor plan and how the spiral staircase will look as a focal point of the living area.
