Social media profiles, how many properties people have owned, and what they accomplished were simply lies to get people to invest with them or get new people to raise money for them.

It's so hard to tell if anything is real anymore that is posted on FB and social media, with so many RE "gurus" looking to make a buck.

@Timothy Franklin look her up on socials and you may be able to get some guidance, but this is playing with fire from where you are at now.

The model you should go with will ultimately depend on what the group is optimizing for (cashflow, appreciation, tax optimizations, diversification, and maybe even a little bit of social value doing something fun, potentially lucrative, and unique w friends).  

Investors who have absolutely NO CLUE as to what they invested in, no clue as to the STRUCTURE of the deal, and no clue as to the safety or risk of their investment.

His roadmap for retirement is $500k liquid assets, paid off primary home, and more than 1 income source (real estate, part time job, social security if old enough, etc.).

Also converted what was once a restaurant/kitchen to a coworking lounge with views of the ocean and pool/patio area.Redid kitchens, painted, added swing, hammocks and created social areas.

Before you know it, the whole portfolio is paid off by age 65-70, and you’ve got financial freedom without relying on Social Security.
