@ Joe Yobaccio,  I actually got "side- tracked..." and am just now writing the call and texting scripts, to target CLOs (Cooperative LOs) Sandwich LOs (SLOs) and acquiring places Subject To and thereafter also planning to target "pre- foreclosures..." since I intend to build a duplicatable business model that also helps people, as well as "makes money."

I would recommend focusing on your career to establish your W2 salary before getting side tracked in real estate.

@Emiliano Gonzalez It's easy to get sidetracked on meaningless stuff.

Anyway, I get side tracked.

Trying to stay organized and focus on duplexes, but so easy to get side tracked. 

However, I got sidetracked with my job at the time and had to study to get some IT certifications.Anyway, I'm excited to be a part of this community.

I realize the dangers of getting sidetracked.  

I used the site briefly back then, got sidetracked by life, and now I'm back (plus appreciation).
