after a very we weekend, the basement stayed dry...a wet basement can be costly to fix but sometimes it isn't...the right trouble shooter can look at the gutters and the land and sometimes come up with a simple fix for a big problem....

Thanks in advance.Since you have no experience, I recommend asking an attorney to review the contract to see if there are any loopholes or clauses that may surprise you when things go south.You know this guy and trust him, so let's assume he's a straight shooter.

Drug dealing gangs are very difficult to handle...the drug dealing generates enough money to pay for illegal guns, hired shooters, and other various resources...the specific gang you are dealing with and their connection to that area could make things very dangerous...Our family property is in Hollywood, CA and in the 90's it was a war zone with 18th street gang running the show. we did neighborhood watch walks and did our best to be community involved policing, but, until the state/city law started using  gang injunctions locally that were based on the federal RICO(Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization) very little could be done.
