But I've heard these can be very lucrative.You need to mail multiple times (most say 5-7 "touches" per list over a period of time) to be able to generate the response rates you're looking for.I usually send a postcard first, see what return/undeliverable mail I get back, scrub those names, and my 2nd mail piece is a letter.

TSP scrub and then Shellac based primer to seal anything the pet scent could have gotten on.

So all the sudden they need to sell fast, guess who is going to get the phone call.Second point: scrub your list - make sure you don't waste money on mailing people who will not sell.

The plan as it stands is to sanitize  the park of the scrubs renting there now or bring them to jesus, fix the issues of the park commission and begin demolition or rehab of the homes there and or bring in newer homes from other parks.  

My mother's definition is actually scrubbing all appliances and the toilets.

Maybe scrub it with mold stuff and apply anti mold spray?
