I have thick skin and know that I am scattered so honest opinions and help would be greatly appreciated with no need to sugar coat anything. 

It means I can now close transactions on Georgia property from anywhere in the world, as long as I can hop on a video-conference call with my U.S. passport or drivers license handy.As someone who's done two decades of mail-away closings with buyers and sellers scattered halfway around the world, I'm speechless!

In my market, the distressed properties are very scattered, so driving doesn't make a ton of sense.

Seems like everywhere you look, monster complexes are being thrown up (im in DFW) but the town has several little complexes scattered about from the 80s-90s, with 30-40 units, and this seems like a great piece of land to do the same type of product.

And a bunch of lower income scattered through central and East Lubbock   I have some friends that buy in south lubbock   

I did several searches, however the results seemed to be fairly scattered and I wasn't able to find an exact answer to my situation. 

And to top it off:Very little furniture, lots of dump runs, sometime the grass and landscape get neglected for a couple weeks, always sweeping and vacuuming up dust, painters tape stuck to your clothes, joint compound imbedded into your jeans, tools scattered around the house, half a wall is opened, trim isn't done....

We have a combination of duplexes, townhomes, and a condo - scattered around the Twin Cities metro area.
