The drug dealing, crackhead rumors?  

The only thing I worry about is rumors of the AFB closing but apparently those rumors have circulated for years.

There was immediate talk of conspiracies, Castro, organized crime, was there a political take over, rumors were passed in the news and there were concerns of going to war.

I don't know anything about Yellen, but from the rumors, I like what I heard about her.The last time I mentioned to you about East West Bank is willing to give me a loan for 2% if I have a $1M in deposit.

I heard a rumor that there are realtors that work for non-profit to get people into homes that cost 100k and less that will bring you the house to renovate and the buyer without commission costs as long as it falls under that 100k price tag for their clients, not sure if that's accurate though.

I meant to say the Assignment DOESN'T change..There are many goofy rumors about LO's in TX because the requirements are written into Title 2 CH 5 which also covers contract for deeds.The 2 main items for LO's are the seller must have fee simple title and if there is a mtg the seller must give the buyer the mtg info, and send an auth  to release to the mtg company, so the buyer can verify the payments are made.  

I have heard rumored that if it's a homepath loan you can shop around and possibly find a lender willing to look at it for investment purposes, but I don't have first-hand experience with that.

@David Begley, I can not speak with absolute certainty, but I have heard rumors there are a few offers being negotiated on the Charlotte deal.
