The term Force Majeure shall include, without limitation, acts of God, plague,epidemic, pandemic, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis, including quarantine orother employee restrictions, fire, explosion, vandalism, storm or other similar occurrence, orders or acts of military or civil authority, or by national emergencies, insurrections, riots, or wars, or strikes, lock-outs,work stoppages, or other labor disputes, or supplier failures.

Economy was going great seems like all this is a big scam by someone first the virus then the riots there is something very fishy going on and it’s really about time as the American people regardless of color, ethnicity or religion really start looking into the truth.  

We don't have the memories of race riots, only stories.

We haven’t had such positivity since before the riots of ‘68.

South Minneapolis is having some struggles, the impact of riots is still deeply felt today and the continued policy actions is not helping things.

When those Food Stamps and other things are not available next month I think those people are going to start looting/rioting.

I read them the riot act about partying, they pay on time, appreciate the opportunity to live off campus, and we generally get along fine.
