Hello, I need a suggestion for a lender that will help someone purchase a property and also help finance a repair on a 8 unit multi-family property in Houston Rice Village/ Midtown.

In Rochester, we have a...3 bedroom on the corner of Winbourne and Scottsville rd that is rented to students for $1200Two 2 bedrooms that rent for 800 each on the corner of west high terrace and wellingtona 3 bedroom on Monica Street that rents for $1050A three bedroom on Devon road that rents for $1200There are 5 houses listed on Zillow for over $1200 on S.

I've found cash flowing properties (but barely) in East LA  (Boyle Heights, city terrace and east LA)  - and more so in South LA - communities such as Vernon and Huntington Park.

@Robert Seed  Fellow nor Cal transplant  ( living in Orygun) but I found Charleston about 2.5 years ago and just love doing business there. we are pending on our first multi in the Wagner terrace area.. its a reposition play.. from one coast to the other..

My initial plan was to buy a pretty cheap terraced or maybe a semi detached if affordable near a university, with 4-5 bed-rooms and have one room for my self and rent the others out to university students.

I agree with @Marvin Rice it is harder than a lot of people make it out to be.
