You said "100% of our funds were investors" then "my capital came from bank Lines of credit NO investors", so wondered exactly how much of the 100% was replaced. 

With it being in a planned neighborhood, all the cabins design wise are the same, but ours has even better views. 

Some complaints I've gotten is that my unit only has one bedroom and is small square footage wise.
