Have you had a chance to check out any of the local RE groups in St Louis?

Now that I regrouped, I started sending out letters to owners of SFH again.  

Hi All --Anyone recommend reputable RE groups that meet up or events in the Nashville - Middle TN area.

Is there someone who regularly purchase REOs or is there an RE group that does that.

RE groups are also great.  

I did things a bit backwards, I purchased the 1000 letters the end of last week but have not sent them over my lead list yet because come to find out I paid for the leads upfront for two months of pre-nods with equity planning on sending my list to yellowletters on Monday and the list the company gave me was about 20 pre-nods with equity (and this is after I responded back yesterday with a wider search criteria, hoping this would give me more).With that said I am now regrouping and trying to determine the best group of motivated sellers to send to.

not all Realtor are the same.I think this is best place to find investor friendly Realtor (we are a different breed)just post and you find one luring from your area. or join local RE groups. you should find Realtor who has their own properties.

It is interesting that I was looking up local RE group meet ups in the philly area and notice you in one of the local groups.

I can tell you from personal experience, I belong to two RE groups in San Antonio, that both provide with valuable information and you can find some really nice friendly people there.
