Hi everyone. I'm Miranda from upstate NY. I first started looking into real estate investing about a year ago. I got into wholesaling for a while but soon discovered it was a lot harder than I thought it would be and I didn't like the idea of a low ball offer being all I have to offer a seller. So I took some time off to learn more about analyzing multi units and seller financing deals. Now that I regrouped, I started sending out letters to owners of SFH again. This time I plan to give sellers a couple of owner finance offers as well as a low cash offer to increase the odds of closing a deal. I don't have a mentor so any guidance or advice anyone can give me, I'll appreciate.
