There should be a land registry office with all transactions and surveys on file.

The DNC registry size currently sits at 222 Million.

My thought at this point is to keep an eye on the address through registry of deeds every few months and wait for the inevitable Tax lein and then buy from the city with clean deed and title. 

I'm also on the FTC's national "do not call" registry.

Tenant screening came back with fairly low credit scores for both, and one is on the national sex offenders registry. 

Their information is not always accurate, and I don't believe they scrub phone numbers that are on the Do Not Call Registry (although their information is public) so do your due diligence!

The daughter owns no land in her name according to public records and the several registries I have searched.The daughter also does not have any utility bills in her name ( which leads me to believe she is living with someone else ).Other than mail what can I do to find this woman?

In our efforts to identify absentee owners in our areas, we have found a subscription to the land registry system is required which has a cost.

Ask the agent the other houses she has done for him and pull the registry information to see if it adds up.
