When they fall behind you will need to evict the grandmother and frankly, regardless of your business first, I do not see you doing it till you are in very deep and you finally realise your friend was never a friend.The fact is your friend could live with his grandmother anywhere, he does not need you to provide his housing or to help with that, what he needs is for you to be lenient when the rent payment isn't there on time.I hope it works out for you, that I am wrong, but I am fairly certain I am not wrong.
