Your query about charging the Tenants for repairs - probably not; it depends on if they caused the issue at hand?

Even if we clearly state that we don't participate in Section 8 program, but they still keep asking.After a few weeks of advertising, responding to queries, screening and showing, we still don't have a good prospect.

I'm getting lots of queries all day long and doing a decent amount of showings, so its definitely not from lack of interest. 

Again, pretty intuitive and the queries appear to run very quickly.Features - This is where Propstream seems to really shine!

My background is in software dev and I worked on a major bank’s REO website query improvements so I’m quite confident it’s not an earth shattering technological challenge.
