For example how do you identify with confidence that your market attracts more professionals vs. families vs. bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc. and therefore how you'd know which amenities to offer?

Game changer for active investor looking to get more passive investments, busy professional looking to diversify in real estate, individual investor looking to get into commercial or larger assets. 

Most professionals will recommend a separate LLC for every $1 million in assets but I don't think that's necessary.
