Some update about the lending requirement of my Chase loan program:Product:        DSCR > 1.2Borrower:     Net Worth > Loan Amount     FICO     Liquid Proof > 10% loan amount     DTI: They told me it is not important and don't mention about itIt looks like as long as DSCR of the product is used, it will likely borrower's DTI will not be used.

I have several different loan products but my most popular one is the new joint venture product that hasn't been out very long.

Pretty clever, make products with a side effect so you can also sell the solution to the side effect. 

You can not go wrong with the product or the customer service they provide.

If not that works too, highly recommend MLO Study Buddy as a resource but any and all practice exams you can find will be helpful.

Thanks for mention mate,Happy to help and offer guidance.We decided to totally pull back on taking on new investors and will just help our existing investors purchase from time to time.It's not worth the baby sitting drama involved and I see folks would rather BRRRR so we will just do the PM and fix the F@#$ ups and charge appropriately for it 🤷‍♂️I moved to the US 12 years ago to build my own portfolio and all I have done was help others build theirs lol.I don't even have a larger portfolio than our highest volume investor...What a joke for me hehe
