Not likely.Maybe some of the tenant acquired their own washers and are using them for cleaning but your dryer for drying.Get a security camera and mount it in the area and post signs saying the same.

I think one important note that I omitted from my original post was some background info.

I see a lot of awesome amenity packed outdoor hang out spaces with outdoor pools posted on the many STR related social media accounts that I follow, but I don't really ever see any pool fences or other safety features highlighted. 

To find the best community bank, I would post in a local facebook group and ask which are the best local lenders to work with and ask for a specific contact.

Transcribing transactions from bank statements, posting transactions to the correct accounts, and then manually creating an income statement, statement of owner's equity and a balance sheet is a fairly time consuming process and I have not been able to keep up with the book keeping between my regular work responsibilities.What accounting software do people recommend?

I believe depreciation on that unit that you were living in starts at that point as well.just bringing this up because it was mentioned in another post where someone was house hacking.
