don't know there is in many other states.. plus as stated no income tax.Oregon has no sales tax.. and that's cool when your buying high ticket items like a car for instance or a million dollar motor home.. or a 3 million dollar plane.. then it offsets nicely.

I am a bit further away for a drive by (Just about 14 hours on a plane lol) - but would be happy if you can share any info you might dig up.

It all depends on your time frame, but I think if you're planing to hold for 10 plus years you can't go wrong in Denver.

If the tiles themselves are cracked and there is shifting in the vertical plane, then you would be better served to remove the tile first.
