Just wanted to say hi and I'm ready to meet some like minded folks who have a passion for all facets of Real Estate. 

Prices are still struggling, although demand has finally increased as inventory shrinks.I looked at several other areas over the years and couldn't find other areas that compared when you look at tall facets.  

For example:- Architect/drawing fees- Engineering fees- Site clearing- Demolition/removal- Permits- Site preparation- UtilitiesSo, you'll have to get familiar with those facets of building as well, and you'll have to get a reasonable idea of what those things will cost you.2.

Definitely an interesting area in all facets.

A follow on.......sorry.......I want to add that it is OK....even preferable to bide your time and learn about all the different facets of RE investing.  

It will not tell you exactly what to do but its GREAT foundation material especially since it takes you through all different facets of the real estate "agame".Good luck finding your in!

Yes I understand there are many facets and variables with an undertaking of this magnitude, but blood, sweat, tears, ingenuity and common sense can create marvels and monuments then this is no different.
