Hi @Mitul Gandhi - In my opinion, it's less about which list you use and more about the consistency and persistency you have calling the list.I remember I just heard a quote "The best list is the list you use, over and over and over again!"

The point is, it's very possible and profitable to invest in STR's if you're persistent and passionate enough to overcome when STR searches get tough and create your own luck. 

Always remember to persist and you will WIN!!!

But with the Syracuse market, I think you’ll just have to be persistent and patient. 

You will need to be persistent, possibly patient, network with many people, etc.  

Covid era (timelines) about tenant and squatter rights are persisting, so a legal/ sheriffs eviction will be the last choice.
