I would say that Atlanta is really divided into two distinct markets: Inside-The-Perimeter (ITP) and Outside-ThePerimeter (OTP).

Many of the larger wholesalers in Atlanta focus on deals inside the perimeter (in the city), whereas my target areas were mostly focused on the suburbs, so I didn't have much dealing with the larger wholesalers.
