they said around 90% of market value.I tried to get them to understand that this property needs a LOT of work, almost a full gut, some holes in walls (small) old carpet needs to be ripped up, i mean like the works on this thing, you can prob get away with touching up the kitchen since its real hardwood and the bathrooms as well but this prop needs at least 80k.Found out owner actually owes 140k on property, and zillow is zestimating it to be 127k.

What is wrong with our government by letting them get away with this.I just learned about this today - I wanted to pull my money out because of a personal hardship.

You don't have to spay them or make them perfect then.

.- Unfamiliarity of software with my Bookkeeping and Accounting team.Altough not ideal, you may want to pay and do bookkeeping on both platforms for 3 months to see if you 100% want to make the switch.I still use Quickbooks, but the desktop version, it runs perfectly for all my bookkeeping needs.

Its a scare tactic and she is trying to bully you into letting her get away with this BS.You need to screen WAY better and/or hir e PM for future tenants. 

It's not perfect but it's a start and something for you both to look forward to as you continue building your life together.Some other questions to consider are:1.
