. -  They have a ton of preset lead types including Absentee Owners, Free & Clear, Vacants, etc and MLS and Pending.-  Lead stacking works well, and I like their Advanced Filters.

These types of properties go pending quickly.

I agree not to pursue eviction based on rent amounts reimbursed by these funds and agree to dismiss any pending eviction case that is based on or seeks to recover the reimbursed arrears.

I sold a property in May 2021 that still says pending.
