Hey @David Rutledge, the purchase of a small hotel is a very different animal than SFHs for STRs.Like @Luke Carl said, you will have to have some significant skin in the game.

Of course, I could just be overly concerned and this is just a kind ol' investor trying to pay it forward.

For example, we do background checks but no proof of income/employment check.
