People like Central Tucson because it is close to the downtown that has a great food and night activity scene and is also close the University of Arizona campus that draws lots of parents and grandparents and people who just like the college campus vibeWest Tucson is a great option for the views, golfing and resort feel.

There s no reason for anyone I do not know to park on that street aftern10 at night (or virtually any time).To get to my property you go through enough security cameras that it may rival Fort Knox.So ~10:30 a car alarm goes off.

If that means renting it out 2x for 1 night each, then so be it.I'd recommend doing everything yourself for 2024 to meet the material participation requirements.
