My story is different than many.I got out of grad school at the University of Michigan with a Masters Degree in Physical Chemistry of all things and returned to my SF Bay Area roots and went into residential real estate back in 1978.

When it comes to tutoring, i started to teach them on my own using online resources like Khan Academy and StudyPug chemistry instead of looking for a private tutor.

Even if fashions change in 3 years this style will retain it's universal appeal.Also there have been many recent chemistry advances and some inexpensive companies offer a fantastic and durable white paint. 

I have multiple degrees in Chemistry and I only use them as means to an end (aka benefits for family and cash for deals).
