I am not sure how long this process could take me and I am nervous to sign a lease if I can't Airbnb the property immediately.

I may be overthinking this - I've just never had this much cash on hand and it makes me a little nervous!

Being maxed out on credit cards would make me nervous.

Naturally we are a bit nervous, but we have solid exit strategies in place which helps to reassure our confidence!

It still made sense to purchase but unfortunately my investors got nervous at the last minute since we were in the midst of a pandemic and the stock market was doing funky things, so they pulled their cash to purchase it and all my cash was tied up elsewhere, so I had to move forward with the quad and 9 unit.

On top of this not be able to pay 1.5 month security would make me nervous,  if they cant pay that fee will there also be issue with paying rent each month.
