If it was a friend, I'd expect a huge thanks, this will significantly improve his quality of life, no more going to the laundry mat, hence saving him money.

I'm hoping that this turns out to be more a mouse than a house of a problem.

If you don't want them putting it in your mailbox, they can put it under the mat, or put a rent box/slot on your door that puts the rent safely inside your house.Honestly I don't get it.Almost all of my tenants pay electronically, but I do still have 1 or 2 that bring me checks. 

\One reason that I love this place for my money is that I can easily open multiple accounts and nickname them (money being saved for a down payment, money being saved for a vacation, etc.) and easily transfer from my checking account and between accounts at the click of my mouse.

I examined the area and with the help of one of my tenants i discovered that there was a large crack on the bottom of the tub but it had gone unnoticed because there is usually a non slip mat over it in the tub. 

Yes they are in good neighborhoods but I'd be looking for a new line of work if I saw a dead mouse, much less a dead body!

Too much generalities, too much "making it harder than it really is", and not enough assistance/mentoring once the education is complete.They also have what they call their "investor concierge" which is "click a mouse & buy a house" Not only are the deals not good, most of them are very poor.

I'm currently looking at multi famliy 6-8 plexs in the Mat-Su valley area north of Anchorage.
