It doesn't cost much more and in this environment lenders are loathed to call a loan due if the payments are being made.

@Jake Cohen I'm looking for a new product, the software is not as flexible as I'd like and it has not kept up well as platforms have changed their APIs (for example, it will no longer import VRBO reservations, and while it's added native messaging to AirBNB, it will send the door code info the second a reservation is confirmed, which I loathe because a) it's not the first contact I want guests to have with me, and b) guests forget it by the time their reservation rolls around and STILL message me asking for their door code).  

Understandably, local RE agents are loathe to classify neighborhoods according to desirability (IE:A,B or C) for fear of running afoul of “steering” laws so it’s very helpful to know that FIELD and NORTHROP are A & B neighborhoods.

At the same time, criminals loathe them.

Lenders are loathe to invest in wineries, working farms or ranches.

Heck, with the dearth of cops on the street and the condition of the Buncombe County jail, I am loathe to even go there sometimes.

Yessiree, most lenders loathe mobile homes. 

I hate giving this answer... loathe it actually but.

But maybe it's unfair to compare across lines or to generalize.One trend that I will never do for practical reasons no matter how fashionable it is moving downmarket (right now, it's only high market, and I hope it stays there because I hate it) and that I will never do in my own home because I loathe it is high gloss. 

This isn't the main reason I'm shying away...I loath tax time and would dread having to do taxes twice.
