What is your favorite way to generate leads - buyers and sellers?

More of a re-set that seeing the numbers (prices) at which my comp set actually books- leads to.

I've wondered that myself and thought: If an investor was looking for birddogs why would the birddog have to pay the investor money before they began securing leads for the investor, that the investor would then in turn give the birddog an investor's cut on the profit end???

Being "boy wonder" can lead to ego and pride definitely comes before the fall. 2) Irrelevant.

Like many of you, I started by reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, and from there, I dove into Brandon Turner’s book on real estate investing.I’m incredibly excited to embark on this new adventure and can’t wait to see where it leads.

@Jorge Vazquez we stopped doing signs over 10 years ago.We had a separate phone number on our signs, so were able to track traffic & applications from them.We were getting more & BETTER leads from our online ads then the signs - so an easy choice to stop using them (also time & money savings).

Now take short-term AirBnB properties like one of mine in Miami.

In the short term, prices fluctuate like the winds:  Up one day, down the next. 

I did some cold calling with it last year and got some solid leads.
