It seems that that would be difficult to juggle while working full-time.

The next thing I knew they were shorting all of the subs (I had to pay them eventually despite paying the GC for that portion the job already), juggling jobs and always ALWAYS behind on the project timeline and over budget on costs. 

I'm sure there's a lot you have to juggle as an agent and investor.

@Mike Hartzog are you sending your borrowers a forbearance agreement or any paperwork, or just having Madison juggle the accounting on the missed payments?

The other reason is I found it extremely difficult to juggle educating myself on real estate while attending Army Flight School training.

A few more things to consider: unique/new liability concerns, roommate mediation issues, juggling multiple sub-leases, utilities, allowing tenants to screen/vet/choose their roommates, etc.

Larger commercial has been easier for me than juggling multiple house loans.

It is a lot of juggling but worth it in the end. 

My property manager would have a lot to juggle from the gate and personally I don’t want my property to have a name around the area of where the offenders stay.
