. $2500So according to the instructor, the answer is B and the math they did to get $1885 is 14.50 x 30 x 52 / 12 = 1885But the answer I got was $1740.

In both classes, the instructors said as long as the mortgage keeps getting paid its very rare for them to call the due on sale clause.

Had an email a couple days ago from the new realtor wife of a partner,  she had just got out of continuing educating class, where the instructor said, HUD never does counter offers, we had been submittimg a bunch of bids to hud, and she had recieved two HUD counters the same week.
