The right lawyer to use for an Arizona Tax Lien foreclosure actio
I have a number of Arizona tax liens that I need to start the foreclosure action on. I have done this in the past with Arizona lawyers and usually go above and beyond to find the owner. Now of course I want the property and don't want to go to the ends of the earth to find the owner. I am wondering if anyone knows of lawyers there who will do what is necessary, but not go above and beyond. I do understand there are many reasons why they go to the extreme (both self serving and otherwise), but does anyone have good experience in finding a lawyer who is on your side and tries to acquire the property, instead of getting it redeemed?
